Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Class

We offer a free, no-obligation 45-minute trial class to ensure our service is the right fit for your child.

2. Package Cancellations

If you purchase a monthly package and wish to cancel, you may do so at any time. We will refund the prorated amount for any unused classes remaining in your package, minus any applicable transaction fees.

3. Missed Classes

Classes missed by the student without 24 hours prior notice are non-refundable. If a tutor misses a class, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost or fully refunded.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
